Here’s a step-by-step guide to accessing your land records on Jharbhoomi:
- Visit the Jharbhoomi portal.
- On the homepage, click “View Your Account” (अपना खाता देखें).
- Select your district and block/circle from the dropdown menus.
- Choose your village (Mouza) name.
- Select one of the following search options:
- By Account Number
- By Plot Number (Khasra)
- By Account Holder’s Name
- Enter the captcha code and click “Search.”
Your land details will be displayed on the screen, including ownership information and plot specifics.
You’ll then have the following options to view the account details:
- View all accounts in the village alphabetically.
- View all accounts by plot number (khasra).
- View by account number.
- View by account holder’s name.
After selecting your preferred option, enter the captcha or security code and click on the “Search Account” button.
How to View Register-II on Jharbhoomi
- Go to the homepage of the Jharbhoomi portal.
- Click on “View Register 2.”
- A new page will open. Select your district and block.
- Next, choose the light (Halka) and village (Mouza) name, then select one of the following options:
- Current Section
- Current Page Number
- Search by Landholder’s Name
- Search by Plot Number
- Search by Account Number
- View all entries in Register-II by name
- Enter the captcha or security code and click the “Search” button.
- The requested information will appear. In the “Current Page Number” section, click “View” to access the Register-II details.

- On the homepage, click on “View Complete Plot Details” (खेसरा का सम्पूर्ण विवरण देखें).
- Choose your district and block as per map.
- A page related to the account will open. Select your light (Halka) and village (Mouza) name, then choose one of the following options:
- Current Section and Current Page Number
- Search by Landholder’s Name
- Search by Plot Number
- Search by Account Number
- View all entries in Register-II by name
- Enter the captcha or security code and click the “Search” button.
- Once the information appears, go to the “Current Page Number” section and click “View” to access complete plot or Khatiyan details.
Mutation (Dakhil-Kharij) Application Process on Jharbhoomi Portal
- Visit the official Jharbhoomi portal.
- Click on “Online Application”.
Mutation Login and Registration - A new page will open. Log in If you’re already registered,using your email ID and password. Otherwise, click on “Registration.”
- A “User Registration” page will open. Enter your name, full address, mobile number, email ID, password, town name, district name, and pin code. Complete the captcha or security code and click “Register Now” to finish the registration process.
- After registration, a new page will open. Select your district, circle, and session, then click on “Apply New Mutation.”
Applying for a New Mutation - Choose the mutation type, and a new page will open then enter the following details:
- Applicant Details
- Buyer Details
- Seller Details
- Plot Details
- Upload the required documents, complete the captcha, and click on “Final Save” to submit the mutation application.
Checking Mutation Application Status
- Go to the Jharbhoomi homepage, click on “Application Status”.
- A new page will open. Select your district and block or circle.
Mutation Status Options - The “Application Status of Mutation” page will appear. Select either “Mutation” or “Land Demarcation” by choosing the corresponding radio button.
- Choose the session year, then select one of the following options to view your application status:
- All
- All Pending
- All Disposed of
- All Objected Cases
- All Rejected Cases
- Date Wise
- Case No.
- By Applicant Name
- Mauza Wise
- After selecting your preferred option, enter the captcha or security code and click “Search” to view the mutation status.
How to Make Online Lagan Payment on the Jharbhoomi Portal
- Go to the Jharbhoomi official website and click on “Online Lagan.”
- A new page will open, where you can view the following options:
- Check Dues
- View Previous Payments
- View Online Payments
- Check Payment Status
- Click on “View Online Payment.”
Steps to Make Lagan Payment - On the next page, select your district, circle, and light (Halka) name. Then, enter one of the following details to search:
- Current Section and Current Page Number
- Search by Landholder’s Name
- Search by Plot Number
- Search by Account Number
- View all entries in Register-II by name
- Enter the captcha or security code and click the “Search” button to get information related to dues. Relevant details will appear below; click on the “View” button.
Check and Make Lagan Payment - The details of lagan dues will display. Click on “Check Dues” at the bottom of the page.
- A new page will open; click on “Make Online Payment” to proceed with the payment and obtain the lagan receipt.
Check Payment Status
To check the payment status, follow the steps above and click on “Check Payment Status.” On the new page, enter your Transaction ID in the designated box and click “Verify” to view the status of your payment.
If Payment is Deducted but Receipt is Not Received
If the payment amount has been deducted but you have not received the lagan receipt, do not make another payment until you check the status of the previous payment. To verify the payment details/status, enter the Transaction ID and click on the “Verify” button.
